Thomas E. Mull, PE

Mr. Mull has over 35 years of practical real-world experience as a mechanical engineer for buildings and facilities.  His extensive experience includes energy management, heating/ventilating/air conditioning (HVAC), indoor air quality, mechanical utilities, plumbing, and fire protection.  His work involved a wide range of facilities including educational, medical, institutional, commercial, industrial, retail, transportation, and governmental.  Areas of specialized expertise are energy management, thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics and other thermal sciences.

 

Services provided include engineering support for construction claims, construction defects, design errors and omissions, construction/site observation, litigation support and expert witness testimony.

 

Mr. Mull provides objective evaluation of evidence, reports prepared by other experts, and depositions of other experts.  The results of evaluations are provided in clear concise terms that are easily understood by people who do not have an engineering background.
